MIKE WAUGH

Mike Waugh is the co-founder of 365Pro and has been instrumental in building the overall experience for all users. After choosing to leave College Football, for family and to seek other opportunities, Waugh eventually reconnected with Joe Miday (365Pro Co-Founder) to explore opportunities.

Waugh spent 14 total years in College Football, in positions such as Director of High School Relations, Director of Recruiting, Director of Player Personnel, as well as simultaneously serving as Pro Scout Liaison. His career covered stints at four top-level programs: Ohio, Marshall, Purdue, and two separate stints at Cincinnati. During his stints at the four schools, he experienced four 9+ win seasons, six Bowl Appearances, one division title, and one Conference Championship.

His attention to detail in player evaluation, innovative efforts, and tireless work ethic helped coaching staffs at each stop eventually build Bowl and/or championship-caliber teams. His accomplishments are highlighted by the fact that he helped to coach the staff’s stockpile of talent for the future. In the five years after Waugh’s departure, each school combined for a 176-111 record (.613% win) – including thirteen Bowl appearances, seven division titles, four Conference Championships, and one Final Four Playoff. His efforts leading recruiting with the staff at Ohio, Marshall, and Cincinnati to accumulate elite student-athletes led to Championship football that will go down as the proudest contribution of his career.

Born in Cleveland, OH, and raised in Cleveland Heights, OH, Waugh attended Cleveland Heights High School. He received his Bachelor of Science from Ohio University and his Master’s of Science from Marshall University. Waugh and his wife, Angie, have two sons, Tristan and Jaden.
