Joe Miday

Co-Founder/COO

Joe Miday is a co-founder of 365Pro who has been instrumental in creating the development plan for all users. Miday was born in Canton, Ohio, and attended Louisville High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in science from Kent State University and a master’s degree in science from Marshall University. He is married to Sarina Petroni-Miday, with whom he shares two dogs. Miday has worked in college football for over 13 years, eight of which he was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for three top-tier programs. He began his career at Marshall before moving to Western Kentucky and finishing with an impressive run at Louisville. In those eight seasons, his teams combined for a winning record in conference play (34 conference wins) and in his career (56 career wins), as well as five Bowl appearances. With 26 drafted, 58 of his players went on to play at the highest level of professional football, including four first-round picks, five second-round picks, five third-round picks, two fourth-round picks, three fifth-round picks, two sixth-round picks, and five seventh-round picks.

Miday spent time at the high school level as a baseball coach and strength coach at Stow-Munroe Falls High in Akron, Ohio, before moving on to teach algebra and geometry at Akron East High. Miday accepted a position as the Akron Community Health Center’s Health Coordinator, after coaching his team to an undefeated season in 2004. He was in charge of patient nutrition, health education, and daily exercise and rehab programs for over 8,000 patients each year.

Miday is a Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA) member who has passed the Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) licensing exam. The SCCC is the most comprehensive certification of its kind, testing candidates’ scientific knowledge as well as their ability to apply that knowledge in a real-world working environment.
