Colin Holba

Colin Holba began his career at Louisville as a baseball manager in 2012 before transitioning to football as a walk-on Long Snapper in 2013. He spent 2013 and 2014 in a developmental role before entrenching himself as the starting Long Snapper in 2015 and 2016.

Holba started 26 games in his career, establishing himself as one of the best Long Snappers in the country, helping lead the exceptional Louisville Punt, Field Goal, and PAT Units. Louisville won 38 games during Holba’s four years with the program and appeared in four Bowl games. Holba was selected to play in the Senior Bowl, participated in the Pre-Draft Combine, and would go on to be drafted in the 6th Round of the 2017 Draft by Pittsburgh. He would eventually spend 2017-2021 with Pittsburgh, Jacksonville, San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, and Cincinnati, appearing in a total of 19 games at the professional level.
